Spring Wardrobe 2012 | First Pieces

Last week I was in Frankfurt and I visited some of my favorite stores including Zara, COS and Mango.

At Zara I found the trench and the studded blouse that I was talking about in my last post. And no, there was no fight! :) I think I prefer being a good girl! haha

Well, there were a lot of other great pieces at Zara like this black shirt with transparent details. I wasn't happy about the fact that my size wasn't available. :(

Back to the pics: Another good (oh no, very good!!) buy are those heels I got online via Zara. They were sold out very fast and luckily I got my hands on one of them. Wearing them with black leather trousers and a trenchcoat kinda reminds me of the typical Burberry look that I

really adore.

Last but not least: The H&M bag with wild leather details. Imagine the following situation:

A fashionista is crazy about the Celiné bicolor bag but hasn't enough money to spend on that. After being really sad for almost one year she goes around H&M, she looks at the accessoire collection and realizes that there's a bag for 20€ that looks like her dream bag.

Hmmm.. yeah. That was me some days ago! :D

And now I'm waiting for the black fringe dress and the white jumpsuit (last post) to get even happier. Until that I have to repair my destroyed display which is looking like a pink and green disaster right now.

Editing pictures = not possible! :'(

These are some looks from the new Zara Lookbook (you can find it online here) I absolutely ADORE! First of all I have to get my hands on that white blouse with the studded collar plus the white jumpsuit and if there's an article about a bloody fight in a local Zara store.. "it wasn't me"! haha

By the way: I have to show you my new heels. They're from.. surprise.. Zara and I actually had some kind of "virtual fight" to get them.

The Lace Dress

First of all I have to say that I'm a little freak when it's about taking pictures of myself. Normally you take them in the morning or afternoon (because of the good light) but I prefer the middle of the night. Oooops.. Well, that's how it is.. for about three years I guess.
Yesterday was one of those nights, I felt boring, colored my hair, put some make-up on and started a little photoshoot. Just me, my beloved DSLR, the self-timer and good music.
Maybe one of you, my dear readers, knows this situation :P
The dress I'm wearing comes from nelly.com. Favorite black one in my closet so far..

Today I want to show you what I bought from the new H&M Trend collection.

Thanks to the bright color and the perfect fitting I had to buy this yellow blazer. I have not worn it yet and at the moment it isn't possible. Since the beginning of the week it is fucking cold outside and my weather app says that it's gonna be up to -20 degrees at the weekend. Urgh ... :(
The knitted sweater I found this week. I was searching for a mintgreen one online but I didn't found one so I was really happy that they still had the sweater in my size. Perfect for the freezing situation I was talking about some seconds ago. :)

Ps: Sorry for my absence. I am focusing on a sport program, I have to work and I'm also searching for some other things ;) In spring/summer I have big plans for MyReflection. So stay tuned!

Good morning my lovely readers!

In two days it's christmas eve and yesterday I decorated our christmas tree. I get into christmas mood very slowly this year. Maybe one reason is that there's no snow but a lot of rain outside (last year we had sooo much snow.. too much I would say). For me the best thing about christmas is the tv program and the food. I love to watch all the series I was addicted to when I was a child.
Every year before christmas there's my birthday.
This year I got an amazing gift. My camera equipment gets bigger and bigger. Can you guess what I got? It has something to do with the pictures in this post. Easy... :-)

Today I would like to introduce you one of my favorite fashion brands.
Many of you may already know it from the ASOS online shop.
AQUA - A fashion label that has found the way into my heart!
I love clothes in unusual and flashy cuts. Something, that's not worn by everyone.
Often I have the problem that exactly the piece I want to have costs more than 1.000€. For this , I definitely don't have enough money. I had this problem for ages! Then I came to ASOS to search for a dress for my prom and I found one from AQUA.
It's not often that I really like EVERY piece of a collection. But here it is.
The minimalistic and futuristic cuts ... LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!! ... and the low prices convince.
For Xmas I want to buy a new dress or top from AQUA. You can see my current favorites at the beginning of this post. I don't know which one to buy. If you have a favorite, let me know!

Hello my friends!
Actually I wanted to get up very early this morning to make a nice photo shoot. But I killed my alarm clock while sleeping, so I did not even realized it. I think everybody knows the situation!:D
Well, I had luck because the sun was shining in the afternoon (finally!!) after a week full of rain and "darkness".
I should emigrate. To a desert island.
AND I realized, that I need a photographer for my outfit pictures. The pictures I take with the self-timer never look the way I want them to look. And I cannot stand in the forest with my mirror...
Ps: The winter is coming. But with plenty of sun, please! And snow! And a photographer!

Yesterday I created this outfit collection with the skirt as it's heart.
I'm a big fan of white, classic t-shirts because you can wear them for every occasion. This one's from Splendid (you can find it here) but also COS sells them in a very good quality (here).
The "heart" I found on net-a-porter (you already know that I'm a fan of this color :)).
Result: I want every piece soooo bad! Someone out there wants to pay for it? :(

I woke up early this morning (with a photomission of course :D).
Tonight it was veeery cold and because of that all over the plants was (and still is) frost. In combination with the sunrise the perfect condition for a good picture.

Excellent cocktails, priceless view, great location.
If you ever visit Frankfurt I recommend the Maintower Bar to you.
You can sit on barstools directly at the window, enjoy a drink (I think the prices are normal 7-10€ for a cocktail) and have a breathtaking view over the city. If you go in the evening during the week there aren't many people.

As promised, an outfit post with a yellow piece. Bought this clutch some weeks ago at COS and I absolutely love it.
I went to the forest some hours ago to take these pictures and I'm pleased with the result. Autumn is the best season to shoot at places like this. The colors of my shoes and clutch match perfect with those of nature. What do you think?

At the moment I'm a big fan of the color yellow. It brings summer back to the cold and rainy autumn days and creates a fresh look.

Schwarz/weiß-Fotografie ist für mich etwas sehr besonderes.

Keine Farben lenken ab. Mit Kontrast und Tiefenstärke lassen sich die Emotionen im Bild perfekt darstellen. Dazu sieht man oftmals viel besser aus. Stimmts?

Da das letzte Wochenende aufgrund mehrerer Dinge mal wieder total für den Arsch war, mussten meine geliebten Onlineshops herhalten. Neben sechs Paar Schuhen hab ich noch den halben H&M Shop zu mir nach Hause bestellt :D
Die ersten zwei Pakete haben heute mein Zimmer erreicht - es würde mich wundern, wenn der Postbote sich keinen Bruch gehoben hat.
Im Buffalo Shop, wo ich ja eigentlich sehr ungern einkaufen weil die Schuhe meistens extrem unbequem sind, hab ich gemerkt, dass sie die totalen Faker sind. High Heels, die es in der Winterkollektion von Topshop und ASOS gab, gibts plötzlich fast 1 zu 1 in der Sommerkollektion von Buffalo. Naja, mein Glück war, dass darunter auch die nachgemachten Topshop Heels sind, die ich wegen zu großer Größe schweren Herzens wieder zurückschicken musste. In Realität sehen sie aber nicht ganz so toll aus wie das Original .. der rosa Stich nervt mich und der Preis ist eigentlich unverschämt!

Hier ist er, mein persönlicher Lieblingstrend des Sommers - das Crop Top. Bereits 2009 gab es das Teil in unzähligen Versionen, aber zu dem Zeitpunkt war mein Modegespür noch nicht wirklich da. Wahrscheinlich wäre es nämlich bereits dann einer meiner Favorites gewesen. Wie auch immer.. ich hab euch hier ein paar Teile rausgesucht. Das einzige, was mich wirklich umhaut ist das Leo-Teil von Nastygal (warum gibts die besten Sachen immer in den Staaten?) und das naturfarbene von Topshop.
